Adapter also charges the iPod's internal battery when the vehicle is running. Interface also displays artist and song titles on vehicles equipped with the factory installed navigation system.
This devise cannot be used in conjuction with the 6-disc CD Changer and/or SIRIUS Satellite Radio. This adapter is compatible with 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation iPods, iPod mini and iPod nano with the docking connector, which must be updated with the latest software verison. Not compatible with the iPod Shuffle. This device cannot be used in conjunction with the optional 6-disc CD Changer (SA672), factory installed USB/iPod Interface (SA 6FL) and/or 7 Series (E65, E66) optional Rear Seat Package (SA ZRP).
