How to remove the cylinder head in 2.0L four cylinder engine on BMW 330i?

Begin by emptying the cooling system and engine oil to detach the cylinder head, follow with removal of intake plenum,exhaust module and catalytic converter. On other hand unfasten various hoses for cooling then eliminate both intake and exhaust VANOS adjustment units as well take out injectors accompanied with injector shaft tube fasteners. Set servo motor correctly and eccentric shaft apart, unscrew timing chain module-to-cylinder head bolts and remove timing chain module-to-crankcase bolts through plug openings. Unscrew a specified number of cylinder head bolts then lift off the cylinder head with care to avoid damaging the sealing face. Remove cylinder head gasket; close oil pump galley openings in block. For proper assessment of this component before using it again take it to an experienced workshop specializing in machining autos after testing and resurfacing is done. Clean mating faces; inspect for damages; clean bolt holes, threads. Meanwhile, while installing ensure cleanliness of surfaces, correct dowel positioning as well as right direction of its gasket hole . Apply new cylinders' heads bolts that have pre-coated threads tighten them according to stages which are torque settings specified angles. Mount additional screws, set up the eccentric shaft stop screw into place as well as time chain module, VANOS adjustment units then reassemble everything dismantled putting back all parts except filling cooling system anew together with engine oil adding a fresh oil filter during installation process.
