To remove and install the Fuel Level Sensor on the left side, the first thing you do is to remove the left side fuel tank service cap. Remove the connector for the Fuel Level Sensor for a while. When operating inside the fuel tank, it is necessary to disconnect the Fuel Level Sensor wiring from the guides: pull and press the tab in the direction of the arrows at the same time. Squeeze the Fuel Level Sensor towards the car's interior to disengage it from the groove. In fitting, the Fuel Level Sensor slides upwards into place in the guides on the sensor holder, and you hear a click. Make sure the Fuel Level Sensor wiring is well placed in all the cable guides, passed through the cable-guide channel, and positioned behind the lines. One must ensure that the Fuel Level Sensor wiring does not obstruct the motion of the Fuel Level Sensor in any way. Reconnect the fuel line electrical connector and fix the hose clamp through the following procedures: put back the fuel intake pipe, reinstall the plate, launch the car, and check. It's great to be back on the road. When you do the repairs, be sure to leave at least 5 liters (1.5 gallons) of fuel in the tank before switching on the engine because the fuel pump will be damaged when operated in the absence of fuel.
