    How to disconnect and renew the radius arm on the track control arm and radius rod on BMW 2002? Posted by Customer

    Lift the front of the car and remove the track control arm from the cross pivot point on the front crossmember. After that, remove the strap attaching the radius rod with the track control rod, and unscrew the radius rod from the respective bracket on the front crossmember. The flexible mounting bush in the bracket can be renewed by bolt, washers and distance pieces suitable but, The stabiliser bar clamp has to be unbolted first. Reinstallation by the inverse of the removal procedure to be done very carefully by raising the weight of the car off the suspension after the nuts of the radius rods have been tightened with the exact torque.
