Raise the vehicle and remove the rear wheels. After removing the coil spring with the
Trailing Arm still supported by a jack stand, proceed to remove the upper control arm bolt, noting the direction of bolt installation for reassembly. To detach the upper control arm, first remove the stabilizer bar link from the stabilizer bar, then take out the rod for the right height sensor on the passenger side only. Next, remove the nut on the reverse of the bolt and pull the bolt toward the rear of the vehicle. Extract the upper control arm from under the vehicle through the wheel well. For installation, reverse the removal process while ensuring to use previously made marks for the eccentric bolt and fit the eccentric washer. Utilize new self-locking nuts and tighten the fasteners to their final torque only after the vehicle has been lowered and the suspension has settled. It is advisable to have the vehicle professionally aligned upon completion of the job.
