How to raise and support the front end while removing the front Sway Bar Kit on a BMW Z3?

Lift the front end. Remove the Sway bar link nuts and disconnect the links. Remove the bolts from the left control arm bracket and the Sway Bar Kit. Remove the bar from the left side. Lubricate the sway bar kit and rubber bushings to prevent noise. Reinstall the bar and bushings, tightening the mounts to 16 ft. lbs. Reinstall the left control arm bracket, tightening bolts to 30 ft. lbs. Reinstall the Sway bar links, tightening nuts to 43 ft. lbs. For E36 models, follow the same steps, but ensure the bushing slit faces down. On models with strut mounted links, torque the nuts to 43 ft. lbs. On models with control arm mounted links, tighten the locknut to 30 ft. lbs.
