The radio antenna is actually contained in the rear window and its signal is strengthened by an amplifier to the radio/cassette unit where the amplifier unit is fitted and is accessible behind the left-hand rear C-pillar trim panel. At the backside, the only problem is, to get at the antenna amplifier unit, you have to remove C-pillar trim panel, which entails disconnecting such a significant wire as interior light one. After unscrewing the antenna lead and wiring, other screws hold the amplifier in place and it can be pulled out. Installation is done in a sequence that goes in the opposite direction of the removal sequence.
