The bearing and stub axle are removed using a hydraulic press or specialized tools.

    Before installing the hub/bearing assembly, a new dust guard should be installed if the old one was removed. Additionally, a special tool needs to be screwed in over the stub axle for the entire length of the guide sleeve's threads.
