    The harmonic balancer popularly called the front pulley is best fixed with the vehicle off the ground and well supported using a professional automotive lift or jack stands not the floor jack. First, the engine compartment splash shield has to be unbolted and detached, also the engine accessory belt. Then, remove the balancer mounting Torx bolts and remove the harmonic balancer Buddh International. Do not unfasten the harmonic balancer hub bolt; if done so, then the timing chain drive sprocket will rotate and damage the valves. In its turn, the process of installation itself refers to the reverse sequence to that of removal.
