Make sure there is no ignition, or the switches OFF, then pull the ignition coils cover. Then remove the bolts holding the ignition coil hold-down bracket and then unlock the ignition coil connector and pull it away from the coil. Removing the ignition coil is done by sliding the rod-shaped ignition coil straight out of the spark plug hole while installation is done in reverse to the removal process. Last but not the least, look for faults codes and clear the memory of the ECM.
