Disconnect the battery negative cable in the cargo compartment, ensuring to read the battery disconnection cautions beforehand. Remove the cabin microfilter housing, ignition coil cover, air filter housing, and air intake ducts. Take out the tension strut and, while working at the left side and underneath the intake manifold, open the harness holder, disconnect the electrical connector, and release both crankcase breather connections. Continue working at the left side and underneath the intake manifold by disconnecting additional electrical connectors, removing fasteners, and detaching the engine wiring harness from the intake manifold. Disconnect the electrical connector at the oil pressure switch, then, while working above the engine, detach the oxygen sensor connectors, ensuring to mark them for reassembly, and unclip the wiring harness from the holder. Remove and set aside the fuel rail without disconnecting the fuel line, then remove the fastener and nuts. Raise the intake manifold approximately 10 cm, disconnect the electrical connector underneath, release the fuel tank vent line behind the throttle valve assembly, and finally raise and remove the intake manifold. Installation follows the reverse order of removal, with a reminder to replace all seals.
