The horn(s) is/are located behind the left and right ends of the front bumper. To gain access to the horn(s) from below, apply the parking brake and raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the retaining bolts and remove the lower front section of the inner fender liner. Unclip and remove the brake disc cooling duct where applicable. Remove the retaining nut and remove the horn, disconnecting its wiring connectors as they become accessible. Installation is the reverse of removal.

BMW 330i Horn

The BMW 330i Horn is an audible safety signal of the car that allows drivers to immediately alert surrounding traffic and pedestrians to the presence of the sedan or sudden hazards. At the front of the BMW car, the Horn activates when you press the pad on the steering wheel.
