How to properly disconnect and replace the pressure switch in an A/C system on BMW X3?

Following manufacturer's instructions, connect an approved refrigerant recovery, recycling, or recharging unit to the A/C system and discharge the system. Remove the windshield washer reservoir, noting that the pressure switch is located at the receiver dryer. Disconnect the electrical connection and unscrew the switch from the receiver dryer. Always replace O-rings when reconnecting refrigerant lines.
