How to properly connect and discharge an A/C system while removing and installing a front A/C condenser on a BMW X3?

Following manufacturer's instructions, connect an approved refrigerant recovery, recycling, or recharging unit to the AIC system and discharge the system. Remove the radiator by taking out fasteners and refrigerant lines. Release screws to remove spacers, then release the retaining clip to take out the condenser. Installation is the reverse of removal, ensuring to replace sealing O-rings when reconnecting refrigerant lines. If installing a new condenser or if the condenser has been off the vehicle for more than 24 hours, replace the receiver-drier unit. Recharge the A/C system according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
