Place the pump in position and reinstall the retaining bolts/nuts. Tighten the bolts/nuts evenly and progressively to the torque, making sure the pump is drawn squarely into position. Reinstall the pulley to the pump, making sure it is the correct way around, and screw in its retaining bolts. Tighten the bolts to the torque. Reinstall the drivebelt then securely tighten the pulley bolts. Reinstall the cooling fan assembly. Finally, refill the cooling system.
