First, disconnect the negative battery terminal and let the engine cool. - Remove the expansion tank cap, fan cowl, and splash shield if necessary. - Drain the cooling system from the radiator plug. - Disconnect radiator hoses, vent hose, transmission oil cooling lines, and sensor electrical leads. - Remove the upper radiator support and radiator. - To install, position the radiator ensuring lower supports are in place and reinstall the upper support. - Reconnect electrical leads and transmission lines, tightening to 13-15 ft. lbs. (18-21 Nm). - Attach radiator hoses with new clamps and reinstall the cowl. - Fill with coolant mixture, reconnect the battery, start the engine, bleed the system, and check for leaks.
