To remove the M20 engine, start by removing the fan, radiator, belts, water pump pulley, vibration damper bolts, damper, and pulley. Remove the timing belt covers and belt, and then hold the hub with Tool No. 112150 or equivalent. Remove the center bolt and collar, and use a gear puller to remove the hub. If the engine has a 2 piece hub, remove the sprocket using a similar puller. To install, place the hub and sprocket with the lettering facing outwards, check the crankshaft key, and torque the center bolt. Install the timing belt, covers, vibration damper, pulley, water pump pulley, belts, fan, and radiator, and fill the radiator with coolant mixture.

To remove the S14 engine, start by removing the fan and radiator, as well as the belts. Then, lock the flywheel and remove the center bolt, followed by gently tapping the pulley from the crankshaft. For installation, check the condition of the cover seal and replace if necessary. Install the pulley, ensuring the crankshaft key is in place, and torque the center bolt. Finally, install the belts, fan, and radiator, and fill the radiator with coolant mixture.
