How to replace the Cabin Air Filter in the engine hood on BMW 335i?

Turn the ignition off and then liberate the catches, flip the bonnet and unfasten the screws from the upper Cabin Air Filter housing. Remove the housing together with the Cabin Air Filter on it; disconnect the filter element from the housing and remove it in order to be replaced. The installation must be done in an opposite sequence of the removal to guarantee that the filter housing is properly seated on the openings at the cowl covering to avoid water to ingress the cabin air intake.
