How to replace rear brake pads on BMW 328i?

This procedure applies to models with rear floating calipers only. On models with rear fixed (Brembo) calipers, the pad replacement procedure is different. Apply the parking brake, then loosen the rear wheel bolts. Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove both rear wheels. For brake pad replacement, follow the rear brake pad replacement procedure. Be sure to stay in order and read the caption.
