How do you remove and reinstall the Air Filter Box in N54 six cylinder engine on BMW 335i?

Working at the front of the engine compartment above the radiator, remove the air intake hood screws, detach the air intake duct, and lift it out of the radiator support. Remove the cabin microfilter housing. Take out the complete air Filter Box, disconnecting and labeling connectors, ducting, and hoses as necessary, including the air duct hose clamp and the line from the air intake housing. Loosen the clamp and remove the air intake hose, pull off the wiring harness holders in an upward direction, and detach the intake filter housing from the rubber mounts before lifting and removing it. The installation process is the reverse of removal. After reinstalling, check for fault codes and reset the ECM memory.
