- Q: How to remove and replace the rear Sway Bar Kit on a BMW 335i?A:Raise the vehicle and safely support it. Mark the Sway Bar Kit on the left side for ease of assembly. Remove both coil springs, then take out the left side control arm. Next, remove the Sway Bar Links. Lower the rear subframe and then remove the sway bar support bracket fasteners on each side to take out the Sway Bar Kit. Check the rubber mounts and replace them if necessary. Installation is the reverse of removal, using the previously made mark for reassembly.
