How to remove and install the washer reservoir on the BMW 335i?

Open the engine hood and siphon out washer fluid from the reservoir while working at the right side of the engine compartment. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it safely, then remove the right front wheel and the right front wheel housing trim. Next, remove the right side indicator light. While working underneath the right front wheel housing at the washer fluid reservoir, unhook the electrical harness from the bracket(s) and the washer fluid hose. Unlock the filler hose and detach it from the fluid reservoir, being prepared to catch any dripping washer fluid. Remove the fluid reservoir mounting screws and pull the fluid reservoir forward to remove it from under the fender. When installing, ensure the fluid reservoir lug hooks into the bracket under the fender, check that the fluid hoses are not kinked, fill the reservoir, and check for leaks.

To install, reverse the above steps of removal by fixing the lug at the base on to the mount and while doing that ensure that the hoses are not twisted. Last, fill up the reservoir and ensure that there is any leakage as this completes the function of the system.
